Adiantum Bronze Venus Care Guide

Adiantum Bronze Venus is an elegant fern with delicate, bronze-colored fronds that brings airy lightness and tropical charm to interiors. It is ideal for humid environments and indirect light.

Watering

Keep the substrate evenly moist but not waterlogged. Water regularly as soon as the top layer of the substrate begins to dry out. Adiantum does not tolerate the root ball drying out.

Light

Prefers indirect, diffused light. Direct sun can scorch the delicate fronds. A suitable location is near a north or east-facing window.

Temperature and Humidity

The optimal temperature is 18–24 °C. Avoid drafts and proximity to heating elements. The plant appreciates higher air humidity – regular misting or placing it on a tray with moist pebbles will help.

Fertilizing

Fertilize every 2–4 weeks during the growing season (spring–summer) with a liquid houseplant fertilizer at half strength.

Substrate

Use a light, well-draining substrate with a higher content of peat or coir. Good drainage is essential.
