Aglaonema Carnival Queen is a distinctive variety with leaves adorned with a combination of green, pink, and creamy white. Its vibrant leaves are reminiscent of a carnival and immediately catch the eye. It is one of the most resilient houseplants and is ideal even for rooms with less light.
Watering Keep the substrate slightly moist – water when the top layer (approx. 2–3 cm) is dry. It does not tolerate overwatering. Caution: Use room-temperature, standing water.
Light Tolerates a wide spectrum of light conditions – from low to medium indirect light.
Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch the leaves.
It is also ideal for rooms with less natural light.
Temperature and Air
Ideal temperature: 18–26 °C.
Cold: Does not tolerate temperatures below 15 °C and drafts.
Humidity: Appreciates higher air humidity. During the heating season, we recommend a humidifier.
Fertilizing During the growing season (spring–summer), fertilize once a month with liquid houseplant fertilizer at half concentration. Omit fertilization entirely in winter.
Substrate and Repotting Requires a light, well-draining substrate. Repot in spring when the roots fill the pot.
Warning Aglaonema is toxic if ingested. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
