Aglaonema Citronelle Care

Aglaonema Citronelle enchants with its glossy leaves in a vibrant lemon-yellow to lime-green color. Its bright coloration brightens any interior, bringing energy and freshness. It is one of the most resilient houseplants.

💧 Watering Keep the substrate slightly moist – water when the top layer (approx. 2–3 cm) is dry. It does not tolerate overwatering. Note: Use standing water at room temperature.

☀️ Light Prefers bright indirect light to maintain the intensity of its yellow coloration.

• Avoid direct sun, which can burn the leaves.

• In partial shade, the coloration turns green.

🌡️ Temperature and Air

• Ideal temperature: 18–26 °C.

• Cold: Does not tolerate temperatures below 15 °C and drafts.

• Humidity: Appreciates higher air humidity. We recommend a humidifier during the heating season.

🌿 Fertilization During the growing season (spring–summer), fertilize once a month with liquid houseplant fertilizer at half concentration. Completely skip fertilization in winter.

🧻 Substrate and Repotting Requires a light, well-draining substrate. Repot in spring when the roots fill the pot.
