Aglaonema Matcha Lemon Care

Aglaonema Matcha Lemon is a large-leaved variety with glossy leaves combining matcha green and lemon yellow colors. Its impressive size and vibrant coloring make it a striking decorative element for larger spaces. It is one of the most resilient houseplants.

💧 Watering Keep the substrate moderately moist – water when the top layer (approx. 2–3 cm) is dry. Does not tolerate overwatering. Caution: Use room temperature, standing water.

☀️ Light Prefers bright, indirect light to maintain the intensity of the yellow coloring.

• Avoid direct sun.

• In partial shade, the coloring turns green.

🌡️ Temperature and Air

• Ideal temperature: 18–26 °C.

• Cold: Does not tolerate temperatures below 15 °C and drafts.

• Humidity: Appreciates higher air humidity. During the heating season, a humidifier is recommended.

🌿 Fertilizing During the growing season (spring–summer), fertilize once a month with liquid fertilizer at half concentration. Completely skip fertilization in winter.

🧻 Substrate and Repotting Requires a light, well-drained substrate. Repot in spring when the roots fill the pot.
