Availability and individual delivery arrangements

Delivery usually takes 5–8 calendar days, depending on the supplier’s offering schedule and transport availability.
Watering
Keep the substrate slightly moist, allowing the surface to dry out slightly between waterings. Pour off excess water; prolonged waterlogging damages the roots. Water less in winter when growth slows.
Light
Bright, indirect light to partial shade. Protect it from strong midday sun; a very dark location slows growth.
Temperature and humidity
Normal indoor temperatures are suitable. Protect it from frost, cold drafts, and hot air from heaters. In dry air, increasing humidity and gently wiping dust from the leaves can help.
Fertilizing
During active growth, feed about once a month with a balanced fertilizer for palms or houseplants, following the instructions. In winter, reduce or stop fertilizing if growth is limited.
Substrate and repotting
Use a well-draining substrate for houseplants or palms and a pot with drainage holes. Repot only when the roots have filled the pot, moving it into a pot just slightly larger, preferably in spring. Handle the root ball gently.
Practical tips
Do not cut back the growing tips of the stems. Remove only dead leaves and check the undersides of the foliage for spider mites and scale insects.
