The bird of paradise plant stands out for its sturdy, wide leaves on long stalks. Three stems at a height of 130 cm will create a striking green accent by a bright window. The species is known for its orange-blue flowers resembling a bird of paradise; however, indoor blooming requires plenty of light and a mature plant and is not guaranteed.

Direct sun: Acclimate the plant to a sunny location gradually to prevent leaf burn.
Temperature and air
Temperature: Standard room temperature is suitable. Protect it from frost and cold drafts.
